When fees are expressed as a percentage, the basis for calculating the fee is the transaction amount plus the fixed portion of the fee.
Fees are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 25 of the Law on VAT.

** Payment by users/players to the account of the games of chance organiser (hereinafter: Organiser), only if TENFORE has signed an agreement with the Organiser.

*** A business day is any working day within the working hours when transactions are executed. Saturdays, Sundays, national and religious holidays are not business days in the Republic of Serbia. If the payment is received outside the specified business hours, the execution date will be the next business day. However, subject to operational feasibility, TENFORE will receive and execute payment transactions on the same day even outside the specified business hours.
