When fees are expressed as a percentage, the base for calculating the fee is the amount of the transaction.

Fees are VAT exempt according to the Law on VAT, Clause 25.

* IPS - Instant payment order - payment of up to RSD 300,000 (including this amount), which is executed in the IPS NBS payment system.
For fees expressed in %, the basis for calculation is the transaction amount plus a fixed part.
The fee is exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 25 of the Tax Code.

** A business day is every working day, that is, a part of the day in which transactions are executed. Saturday, Sunday, national and religious holidays are not considered working days in the Republic of Serbia.
If the payment is received after the specified dates, the execution date is the next business day.
In case there are conditions, TENFORE will receive and execute payment transactions on the same day even after the specified dates.
