How to collect a money transfer
Please specify the country of origin, the name of the sender, the expected amount and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
Present your valid ID to the operator
The operator will check the transfer availability and will print out the receiving money form for you to sign it. Once you sign the form, the money will be paid out.

Receiving money from abroad

A money transfer sent to you through Western Union can be picked up at the nearest post office, Sberbank or VTB bank, at an exchange office or another retailer within Tenfore network. In order to receive a money transfer, no bank account is needed. At post offices, money is paid out in dinars only, while in Sberbank and VTB bank you can pick up your money in euros. At exchange offices and other retailers you can opt between dinars and euros. In Sberbank the payout limit is EUR 6000. Money transfer fee is always paid by the Sender only.

Sending money from Serbia

 

Sending money from Serbia is quite simple - your money will be sent to your Receiver within minutes anywhere in the world.To send money from a post office, neither the Receiver or the Sender need to have a bank account.
Money can be sent from the nearest post office location anywhere in Serbia as well as from exchange offices and other retailers to more than 200 countries and territories throughout the world.Monthly limit for sending money per person is 1.200.000 dinars (RSD), while the limit per transaction is 880.000 dinars (RSD).

Money is sent in dinars only, while the Receiver will pick up the money in the currency available for pay out in the destination country. Money transfer fee is always paid by the Sender only.

When the transfer has been completed, the clerk will give you a verified copy of the form with a 10 digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which should - with your information - report to the recipient.
